The Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (SingCham Vietnam) is a non-profit organisation established in 1992 to support and strengthen business ties between Singapore and Vietnam. With more than 500 members and offices in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, SingCham Vietnam is one of the leading foreign business chambers in Vietnam.
The Chamber supports its members through business networking, knowledge-sharing events, industry committees, and collaboration with government and business stakeholders. In addition to advancing trade and investment opportunities, SingCham Vietnam is actively involved in education, community, and sustainability initiatives, including a scholarship programme that has supported approximately 3,000 students since 2001.
Following the merger with the Singapore Business Association Vietnam (SBAV) in Hanoi, SingCham Vietnam has further strengthened its national presence and role in fostering bilateral business cooperation between Singapore and Vietnam.
