Vietnam's Radiotherapy Market Set for Strong Growth as Cancer Care Modernises

Vietnam is investing heavily in advanced cancer treatment technologies as the country expands access to precision oncology services and modern radiotherapy infrastructure. Rising cancer incidence, increasing government healthcare investment and the adoption of next-generation treatment technologies are driving significant growth across the country's radiotherapy market.

While a comprehensive value for Vietnam's radiotherapy market is not publicly reported, industry analysis estimates the sector is currently worth US$60–80 million in 2025 and is expected to grow to US$95–125 million by 2030.

Supporting this outlook, Grand View Research estimates Vietnam's radiation oncology market generated US$18.1 million in 2024 and will reach US$30.9 million by 2030, highlighting the rapid expansion of cancer treatment technologies across the country.

Radiotherapy is one of the most important treatments in modern oncology, with international evidence indicating that around half of all cancer patients will require radiotherapy during the course of their treatment.
