Mr. Tran Quoc Bao (Bao Tran) is a hospital chief executive and healthcare strategist shaping the next generation of healthcare in Vietnam. With more than 15 years at the intersection of healthcare leadership, investment, and transformation, he has helped build and scale leading healthcare institutions and advised on 12 strategic healthcare transactions valued at approximately US$2 billion. 

He has held senior leadership positions across Vietnam’s healthcare ecosystem, including Chief Executive of Prima Saigon Medical Center, Hoan My International Eye Hospital, and MD of City International Hospital. He advises top-notch healthcare organizations and investors on growth, operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainable models of care. 

Bao is also an Advisor to Asian Hospital & Healthcare Management, contributing to the global dialogue on hospital management and healthcare innovation.
