Fabrice Gérard is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Aliro Consulting, with nearly three decades of experience spanning healthcare, diagnostics, global health, market access and strategic advisory. 

His career began in laboratory science and frontline public health, working with Médecins Sans Frontières and the Clinton Health Access Initiative across Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. He later moved into industry, holding senior regional and global roles with Abbott Molecular across Africa, Europe, Asia and emerging markets. There, his responsibilities evolved from commercial and business development leadership to global market access, health policy and strategic intelligence.  

This progression from healthcare delivery and global health to multinational industry and advisory work has shaped his perspective on how healthcare markets and systems actually evolve. He combines an understanding of public-health priorities with the commercial, policy and organisational realities that determine whether strategies can succeed. 

At Aliro, Fabrice works with healthcare companies, investors, development partners and healthcare organisations to navigate complex markets, identify opportunities and risks, and make better-informed strategic decisions. His work focuses particularly on strategic and market intelligence, diagnostics, market access, healthcare transformation and local manufacturing.
