Emma Sheldon MBE is Founder and Director of Innovestech, a boutique advisory firm working across healthcare, defence, and dual-use technology. Earlier in her career she has led global marketing, international sales, market access and R&D operations.   

Subsequently she has worked as a Non-Executive Director for Private and Public Boards both with a UK or international focus.  She has advised UK government on commercial initiatives with healthcare trusts and national bodies.  Emma is also Head tutor on the Oxford Executive Finance Programme, and board member of the North West Defence and Security Cluster. She is also a padel enthusiast.
